Blueberry Cobbler Poptarts

A great spin on an old-school favorite breakfast treat. Warm, easy, and delicious any time of day.
Ingredients
1 sheet flatbread/lavash

4 tablespoons Blueberry Cobbler PB Powder
Milk (optional)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 egg white
Sprinkles
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cut the lavash in half to make 2 pop tarts.
Mix the pb powder with water until it's a creamy consistency. Spread an even layer over one half of each lavash piece, leaving room around the edges.
Use your finger or a brush to lightly dampen the edges with egg white.
Fold the lavash in half and seal the edges with a fork. Repeat to the other.
Bake for 6-8 min.
While baking, mix powdered sugar with drops of water/milk until its a spreadable consistency.
Spread the icing on top of the poptarts, add sprinkles, and enjoy!
