Easiest, Fun Breakfast: Waffle Sticks

Introducing Vanilla and Fudgy Brownie Waffle Sticks - a fusion of flavors and textures that brings whimsy to your breakfast routine. Let your inner kid out!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp | Vanilla Blondie Flavored Peanut Butter Powder
- 2 tbsp | Fudgy Brownie Flavored Peanut Butter Powder
1/2 cup | All-Purpose Flour
- • 1 teaspoon | Baking Powder
1/4 cup | Milk (any kind works. We used Almond milk)
1 tbsp | Maple Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon | Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg White
- Optional: toppings! We used blueberries, strawberries, and white chocolate chips.
Directions
Prep
Spritz your waffle maker with nonstick spray and let it heat up.
Cook
- Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together all liquids
Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine the flour, Vanilla Blondie Flavored PB, and Baking Powder
Step 3: Mix the wet ingredients with the dry and stir until smooth
Step 4: Add the mixture to the waffle maker and close to cook. Repeat until batter is gone (makes 3 mini waffles)
- Step 5: Once done, cut each waffle into fourths. Stick a knife through the end to make an opening, then insert your mini popsicle sticks!
- Step 6: Mix the Fudgy Brownie Flavored pb with water until smooth and drizzle over the waffles. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
