PB Easter Eggs

Directions

1. Step 1: Mix Flavored Peanut Butter powder and water. Add water slowly until very thick consistency.

2. Step 2: Add to low-med heat on a small pan, with 5 tbsp butter

3. Step 3: Add 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar slowly and stir consistently to mix it all completely

4. Step 4: Take off heat and let cool to work with it in hands

5. Step 5: Create your eggs (round, then flatten)

6. Step 6: Place in freezer for 15-30 minutes

7. Step 7: Melt your chocolate chips and shortening at 15 second intervals to prevent burning the chocolate

8. Step 8: Dip eggs into chocolate and let rest on parchment paper or baking rack

9. Step 9: Drizzle your design on top!

10. Step 10: Let sit until chocolate has set and then ENJOY!
