Easy to make cookie dough cheesecake bites made with our Flavored PB Co Snickerdoodle Peanut Powder!

Ingredients
24 oz | low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup | maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
2 | tsp. vanilla extract
½ | cup coconut flour

½ cup | Snickerdoodle Flavored PB Powder
50g | chocolate chips
Directions
Blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla well
Stir in the coconut flour and PB powder until fully combined, then mix in the chocolate chips
Refrigerate for about an hour to let thicken (or stick in the freezer for a bit, just don’t forget it!)
Scoop into muffin tins (you can lightly grease the tins or use papers if preferred) and bake at 375 for 35 minutes
Top with whipped cream if you’d like and enjoy!
Recipe Note
TIP: Add an egg for a more cheesecake-like texture. Without egg the texture is more like warm cookie dough (yum!)
