Ingredients
- 1 cup | Salted Caramel FPB powder
- 1 pkg | Baking chocolate
- 4 | Small Rice cakes
- 2-4 tsps | water
Directions
- Mix your Salted Caramel PB with a teaspoon of water at a time until it creates a thick consistency
- Crush 4 small rice cakes and mix into the PB
- Create balls about 1 inch each and let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes
- While the PB sits in the fridge, melt your baking chocolate per instructions on the package
- Dip each PB ball in the chocolate and let sit
- Add crushed peanuts, sea salt, or sprinkles on the top while the chocolate isn't dry for fun!
