Fun Summer Snack: Raspberry Bites

Satisfy your sweet cravings with our Raspberry Bites! Tangy raspberries, your favorite flavor of FPB (we used Cookies + Creme), and rich dark chocolate come together for a delicious treat.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp | Flavored PB Powder of choice mixed with 1 tbsp water (We used Cookies + Creme for a fun super chocolately dessert!)
- 6 oz | raspberries
- 6 oz | dark chocolate for melting
1 tsp | coconut oil
Optional: fun toppings! You can add crushed peanuts, sea salt, sprinkles, and more while chocolate is wet!
Directions
Start by washing and mashing your raspberries in a bowl.
On parchment paper, create six even dollops of your mashed raspberries.
Mix your Flavored PB Powder with water and add half a tablespoon to each dollop.
Freeze for two hours.
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together until completely melted. Do 15 second intervals as to not burn the chocolate.
Dip each raspberry disc in the chocolate.
- Add your toppings before the chocolate dries!
- Keep in freezer to harden chocolate, and keep fresh to eat later!
