Peanut Butter & Jam Shake

Oats, milk, strawberries, and PB Powder combine to give you your favorite PB&J in a shake.
Ingredients

2 tbsp Plain Peanutty Flavored PB Powder
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Water
1/2 Cup Strawberries, sliced, then mashed
1 Cup Milk of Your Choice
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Banana
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix 1 tbsp of water to 2 tbsp of chia seeds,
set aside.
Mash 1/2 cup of strawberries, then add chia
seeds and mix. Put in glass and set aside.
Mix FPB Powder with 1 tbsp water.
Add milk, oats, Flavored PB powder, &
vanilla to blender, and blend.
Add peanut butter shake to your cup of
strawberries, mix and enjoy!
